All orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for nonbusiness days when choosing your shipping method. The weight of the package determines how much shipping will cost which is calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 1-3 lbs =$5.00
Medium Shipping: 4-6 lbs = $10.00
Large Shipping: 7-15 lbs = $20
We ship using USPS mostly and sometimes UPS.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Please remember that delivery does not include weekends.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday though Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped between 1-2 business days.

Our return policy is for store credit only.
Items are eligible for return if:
All items must not be worn, washed or altered and have the original tags still attached.
All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
Items are shipped back to us and received within 14 days from the invoice date.
Due to health reasons, all NuBra Purchases are FINAL SALE.
Also, ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us at cs@hsquaredladieswear.com. All claims must be made within 3 days of the receiving date.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
